Since Aficon is in business, a lot of commissions are fulfilled for middlesized and large companies. The diversity in characteristics of the companies during commissions has leaded to the key succesfactor and adaptability of the Aficon employees.

Aficon Management is acting as a spider between the web of independent interimmanagers and headhunter serviceproviders.

Each commission is processed by a high qualified employee. Aficon is usally using own personnel, otherwise we're hiring the required expertise in the market.

Our scope is, that interimmanagement is a specific proffesion for a specific group of managers, usally working in private, and public companies on contractlabor conditions.
