Aficon Management B.V. is established per april 1, 1993. The company is operating in an independent way. Since Aficon is in business, a lot of commissions are fulfilled for middlesized and large companies. The diversity in characteristics of the companies during commissions has leaded to the key succesfactor and adaptability of the Aficon employees.

Aficon Management is acting as a spider between the web of independent interimmanagers and headhunter serviceproviders.

The management of Aficon Management BV has a target for processing of interimmanagement for middle sized and big companies. Aficon Management BV is for hire during commissions. Each commission is processed by a high qualified employee. Aficon is usally using own personnel, otherwise we're hiring the required expertise in the market.

Our scope is, that interimmanagement is a specific proffesion for a specific group of managers, usally working in private, and public companies on contractlabor conditions.

Interim managers have to do their job mostly with urgency. For our commissioners it is important to know, they can hire expertise on temperory base, to help them with practical solutions in changing, implementing government rules into their administrative organisation etc.
