Management Information

Management information is high priority for every organization. It could be helpful for changing the administrative policy.

Information is divers and it is not limited to Key Performance Indicators to managers only. Information about changes in daily processes are very important. A finance depertment is mostly handling other reporting methods as the operational departments (for example cost accounting). Both departments have to communicate very clearly for complementing each knowlegde.
