Aficon is specialized in services for Administrative Organisation and finance. Therefore we become frequently requests for hiring high qualified personnel on the level from HBO+ or higher. We want to service our comissioners, therefore we are allways looking for independent interimmanagers, consultants or temporary labor.

The profile we are looking for:

• An education on the level HBO+ or higher. We prefer an accounting, or economic certificate.
• 3-5 year provable experience with processdescriptions, quality assurance, administrative organisation.
• Knowlegde in theory and experience about process management.
• Recognizing of issues, need for information and capable to make the right connections.
• Customer service, high motivated, passion and a strong personality are the tools and skills we are looking for.
